Getting Computer Services Help/Information

Tyler Junior College does not provide help for students who have trouble with their personal computers.   If, however, you have trouble connecting to TJC web sites, including TJC virtual classrooms or TJC web addresses, and you believe the trouble to be a TJC problem, you may call (903)510-2413.  That is the TJC computer services help desk number.  The office is open from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. You may be asked to leave a message for a return call.
