"Core Rules of
Netiquette" from Albion.com, "one of the longest running commercial
sites on the Internet."
Instructors expect online students
to demonstrate generally accepted standards of computer etiquette in all
English courses. This means that no flaming or harassing comments,
either to other classmates or to the instructor, will be tolerated.
Students are expected to be courteous and helpful when dealing with the
community of learners.
The English instructors reserve
the right to ban or drop a student who disrupts the distance-learning
classroom, just as disruptive students can be removed from a traditional
class. |
